A high pressure system sits over the Tasman Sea, with a vigorous cold front moving across South Australia and a low expected to develop near Adelaide during today. The low and an associated front will move over Victoria on Monday morning and away towards Tasmania around the middle of the day, with a trough trough to cross the during the day. A narrow ridge is expected to build over Victoria on Tuesday, ahead of another cold front to cross the state early Wednesday.
