A trough over the east is expected to slowly move eastwards during Sunday to be out of the state by the end of the day. A high pressure system centred south of SA extends a ridge over western Victoria and will progress eastwards during Monday and Tuesday. A broad trough will move across from the west on Wednesday and Thursday.
