- Vigorous southerly airflow will moderate later today as the tail end of a cold front over eastern waters moves up the NSW coast, and a ridge builds over western and central Bass Strait. The ridge will then move northwards over Victoria through to Wednesday, ahead of a cold front expected to reach western coastal waters later on Wednesday.
