A low pressure system moves off to the east of Victoria this evening, as weak ridge of high pressure develops over the state bringing a persistent southwesterly flow. A cold front is forecast to cross from the west during Sunday, before a stronger cold front passes over the state on Monday. A high pressure system is then expected to move over Victoria during Tuesday and Wednesday.
