- A high pressure system centred south of SA extends a ridge over Victoria. The ridge will contract southwards during Friday as a trough to the north extends over western Victoria. This trough will move slowly eastwards across the state over the weekend. A new high pressure system south of SA will extend a ridge over Victoria on Monday. The high will move eastwards during Tuesday but will continue to extend a ridge over Victoria.
