- A high is forecast to cross Victoria during today and move into the Tasman Sea on Thursday. Northwesterly winds will strengthen on Thursday ahead of a trough and cold front which are expected to move over Victoria later in the day. The front and trough will then clear to the east on Friday with a colder west to southwesterly airstream developing over Victoria and persisting into the weekend.
