- A slow moving trough lying over central Victoria will clear eastwards into the Tasman by Monday afternoon. A high pressure ridge extends across the north of the State following the trough, as a series of weak cold fronts cross Bass Strait. By the middle of the weak the high pressure ridge is expected to deepen and extend broadly across Victoria.
