Weather Situation
A trough off the east coast will clear into the Tasman Sea late Saturday with a ridge of high pressure developing in its wake on Sunday. This ridge will persist early next week with a weak trough developing to the north east in Bass Strait over Tuesday. This trough will linger northeast of Flinders Island on Wednesday leading to a broad area of low pressure over the north.
