A weak high pressure system moves away to the southeast of Tasmania this evening, as a broad trough extends down over the state from the mainland on Sunday. The trough is expected to clear to the east on Monday, with another high pressure system forecast to move over the state by Tuesday. A northwesterly flow will develop on Wednesday, ahead of a cold front forecast to cross late.
