Weather Situation

A high pressure system resides over the east of Tasmania today and into Monday. The high centre is expected to weaken during Tuesday as a trough approaches the west coast slowly during the day, to cross Tasmania in the evening. The trough is then forecast to clear to the northeast during Wednesday while a new ridge of high pressure moves over Tasmania from the west.
