A broad area of low pressure passes over Tasmania and away to the east this evening. Behind this, a cooler westerly flow will develop and persist through Wednesday and Thursday. Another low pressure system is forecast to move over the southeastern mainland during Friday, which will direct a series of slow moving fronts and an easterly flow over Tasmania.
