Weather Situation
A cooler southwesterly stream is moving over the state, as a ridge of high pressure builds over western Tasmania, with the high centre to move over the state today. The ridge will remain over Tasmania into Tuesday as the high centre moves over the Tasman Sea. Another cold front is expected to approach and cross the state from the west late Wednesday, followed by a new ridge of high pressure forecast to extend over the state from the west on Thursday.
