A high pressure system centred well to the west of Tasmania extends a ridge over the state. The high centre is forecast to move across the state tomorrow before moving over the Tasman Sea during Tuesday. Northerly flow is expected to build during Tuesday over Tasmania ahead of an approaching trough, forecast to cross during early Wednesday.
