Weather Situation

A weakening low pressure system and trough will clear to the east of Tasmania this evening, ahead of a narrow ridge moving over the state on Friday. Another low pressure system is expected to approach from the west and cross Tasmania over the weekend. This will bring a series of cold fronts on Saturday and Sunday, with a westerly flow persisting into Monday.
