A west to southwesterly airstream will persist today into tomorrow, as a ridge of high pressure sits over the southern mainland. A broad low pressure system moves over the southern mainland during Sunday, with an associated trough to sit over Bass Strait. A cold front moving in from the south clips southern Tasmania on Sunday, followed by a southerly airstream into Monday, as a high pressure centre lies to the west of Tasmania.
