- A high pressure system moves to north of the state today while a cold front approaches the southwest late in the day before crossing Tasmania early Friday. Another high pressure system is expected to build south of the Bight on Saturday and extend a ridge to the north of Tasmania, with the high centre to move near Adelaide on Sunday and extend a ridge over Tasmania.
