A cold front slowly crosses Tasmania later this evening and tomorrow. A trough is forecast to cross during Monday embedded in a southwesterly wind stream. A ridge is expected to develop over Western Victoria on Tuesday, and combined with a broad area of low pressure to the south of Tasmania, brings a fresh westerly flow until at least Wednesday.
