Weather Situation
A high to the west of Tasmania extends a ridge over the state, with the high centre to slowly move to be north of the state later on Thursday while still maintaining the ridge across Tasmania. A low pressure system off the the NSW central coast will extend a trough through Bass Strait during Wednesday, with the trough to weaken early on Thursday. The ridge is expected to move to the east of Tasmania on Friday, with a northerly stream to continue through Saturday.
