Weather Situation

A cooler south to southwesterly airstream is expected on Saturday with a ridge of high pressure forecast to develop over the state through the weekend. A warmer northwesterly airstream is then expected to develop during Monday as the ridge gradually moves to the east and a cold front approaches from the west. The cold front is expected to move over Tasmania on Tuesday resulting in a return to cooler southerly flow.
