A high pressure system over South Australia will extend a ridge over Tasmania this evening, with the high to move to north of the state on Thursday. A cold front will approach the southwest late Thursday and cross Tasmania early Friday. Another high pressure system is expected to build south of the Bight on Saturday and extend a ridge to the north of Tasmania, with the high centre to move near Adelaide on Sunday and extend a ridge over Tasmania.
