Weather Situation

A high pressure centre over eastern Victoria moves east to be over the central Tasman Sea by Tuesday. A weak trough is expected to move over the west Monday evening, and the rest of the state during Tuesday, before a strong cold front is forecast to move over the state from the west on Wednesday afternoon. A strong west to southwesterly follows the front on Thursday.
