A high pressure system over Victoria extends a ridge over Tasmania. A strong northerly flow will develop on Sunday, ahead of a cold front which is forecast to cross the state later in the day. Another cold front is forecast to approach the southwest of Tasmania during Monday, passing to the south of the state. A weak ridge will move over Tasmania during Tuesday.
