Weather Situation

A high pressure system centred over the Bight is expected to move to the north of Tasmania this morning and lie over the northern Tasman Sea during Wednesday and Thursday, maintaining ridge dominated conditions over Tasmania. A trough is forecast to move over the state from the west during Friday ahead of a cold front to cross later.
