A cold front clears the state this morning, with a high pressure system expected to move in from the west today and move over the state on Monday to be in the Tasman Sea on Tuesday as a trough approaches from the west and crosses the state during the afternoon and evening. On Wednesday a ridge of high pressure extends from the west.
