A westerly stream develops over Tasmania today due to a high pressure system over the Bight. A weak cold front will brush southern Tasmania during Saturday, ahead of the high pressure system moving over the state on Sunday. On Monday a cold front will cross during the afternoon and evening, as the high moves away to the east, before a high develops over the Bight on Tuesday, ridging out over Tasmania.
