A high pressure system in the south of the Tasman Sea, is directing a northeasterly stream over Tasmania. A cold front approaches the west of Tasmania during Saturday, and is forecast to cross the state overnight into Sunday. A new high pressure system is expected to move in from the west on Sunday and move over the state on Monday to be in the Tasman Sea on Tuesday as another cold front approaches from the west.
