A northerly flow will persist into Friday as a weakening cold front approaches from the west, forecast to cross Tasmania early Saturday. A trough is then expected to cross Tasmania during Saturday in a westerly airstream. The airstream shifts northwesterly on Sunday ahead of further cold fronts moving over Tasmania Monday morning and on Tuesday, with a cold southerly airstream to follow.
