A cold and gusty southwesterly airstream will then establish during Friday and Saturday, with the coldest air to cross during Saturday. The airstream is then expected to tend south to southwesterly and ease during Sunday as a high pressure centre approaches Tasmania from the west, forecast to cross later in the day.
