Weather Situation

A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will continue to extend a ridge over Tasmania, whilst a trough lingers off the northeast coast before moving eastwards on Friday. A cold front is expected to cross the state early Saturday, followed by another trough in the evening. A high pressure system will move to a position over waters south of the Bight on Sunday and will extend a ridge over Tasmania.
