Weather Situation

A series of troughs and fronts embedded in a westerly flow are expected to cross Tasmania over the coming days. A high pressure system to the north of Tasmania brings stable conditions from late Saturday before it moves into the Tasman Sea on Sunday. A cold front then approaches Tasmania from the west on Monday, directing a northwesterly flow over the state.
