Weather Situation

A weak trough is expected to approach Tasmania from the west today and cross during Tuesday, bringing a north to northwesterly airstream to the state. The airstream will then tend more northerly on Wednesday as a stronger trough approaches from the west, crossing Tasmania from late Wednesday. A cold front follow later Thursday, connected to a deep low pressure centre to the west of Tasmania.
