A trough is forecast to move over Tasmania from the west later today, with warm, northwesterly flow continuing over the state. The trough will linger into Saturday before a cold front is expected to slowly cross later Saturday evening into Sunday. Another cold front forecast to cross during Monday is expected to shift the flow southwesterly into the new week.
