Weather Situation

A weak cold front is expected to approach Tasmania today, before crossing over the state from the southwest during Sunday morning. On Monday, a ridge of high pressure is expected to extend over Tasmania from a high centred well to the south of the Bight. The high centre is forecast to move northwards over mainland Australia on Tuesday, maintaining a ridge to its south over Tasmania.
