Weather Situation
A high pressure system located in the Tasman Sea extends a ridge over Tasmania. A trough is forecast to cross the state during Saturday, ahead of a stronger cold front to cross overnight. A ridge of high pressure is then expected to build over the state from late Sunday, persisting on Monday.
