A high pressure system to the east of Tasmania will move away over the Tasman Sea overnight, with a trough to approach during Wednesday and move over the state later Wednesday and early Thursday. Another trough will cross Tasmania later on Thursday, with a west to northwesterly stream expected through Friday and then a cold front to brush the south of the state on Saturday morning.
