A broad trough clears to the east of Tasmania this evening. A ridge of high pressure will move into the west on Monday, with the high centre to move over the state by Tuesday. A northwesterly flow will develop on Wednesday, ahead of a cold front forecast to cross overnight into Thursday, with a southwesterly flow to follow.
