A high pressure system over the state will drift eastwards into the Tasman Sea. A weak cold front is expected to cross Tasmania during Saturday, ahead of a second stronger cold front to cross on Sunday. A high pressure system in the Bight is forecast to extend a ridge over western Tasmania late Monday.
