Weather Situation

A high pressure to the east of Tasmania is providing a north to northeasterly stream, ahead of a cold front that will approach and cross Tasmania late Monday and early Tuesday morning. A ridge of high pressure will extend over Tasmania by Tuesday evening, with the high centre to move to the northeast of the state on Wednesday and remain over the Tasman Sea during Thursday as another cold front builds south of the Bight.
