The high centre is expected to move away to the southeast, shifting the flow northeasterly ahead of an approaching trough to the northwest of the state on Monday. The trough is expected to move over inshore waters on Tuesday, followed by a cold front later Wednesday. A westerly flow will prevail on Thursday following the front.
