A high pressure system over South Australia maintains a westerly stream over Tasmania. A cold front will pass to the south of the state on Monday. A northwesterly airstream develops on Tuesday ahead of an approaching cold front, expected to move over the state Tuesday and Wednesday. A westerly airstream returns on Thursday in the wake of the front.
