Weather Situation

A cold and gusty southwesterly airstream prevails over Tasmania tonight and into Saturday. A very strong high pressure centre will then move over the state on Sunday and remain in the vicinity during Monday, bringing settled weather to the state. A cold front is expected to briefly cross the south on Tuesday, before the high reinstates itself.
