- A low pressure trough lingers over the far northeast of SA until Friday. A high pressure system south of the Bight maintains a ridge over western and southern SA as it moves eastwards today, to be over the Tasman Sea on Friday. A trough of low pressure approaches from the west late on Friday and is forecast to move over southern SA during Saturday, then lingers through inland SA into Sunday. Another high pressure system is expected to move over waters to the south over the weekend, extending a ridge over southern SA on Sunday, before a second trough moves in from the west on Monday.
