- A high pressure system centred well south of Perth extends a ridge over SA with a broad south to southwesterly flow extending across agricultural areas. A weak cold front will clip southern coasts late Wednesday evening. The ridge will move southeast on Thursday as the high centre moves to a position well south of the Bight by Thursday night. The high will pass over Tasmania on Friday and a trough will move over the far west of SA. This trough will move slowly over the state during the weekend to reach eastern districts late Saturday. A second low pressure trough is expected enter the far west of SA on Sunday.
