- A ridge of high pressure persists south of SA. A trough of low pressure extends across the North East Pastoral district and into the eastern states. Most of the state will be dominated by the ridge of high pressure on Tuesday, as the high centre moves into the Tasman Sea. Another trough of low pressure enters from the west on Tuesday and extends east on Wednesday, as cold front moves over the south on Wednesday. The trough moves northeastwards on Thursday as a new ridge of high pressure extends from the west.
