- Weather Situation
- A high pressure system centred to the northeast of Tasmania extends a ridge over the southeast of the continent. This high and ridge will move eastwards over the Tasman Sea in coming days. A series of slow moving troughs will enter the west of the state today then move across the state on Wednesday and Thursday as a couple of cold fronts will move across waters to the south. A new high pressure system will become established south of the Bight during Friday.
