An upper level feature lingers over the pastoral districts on Thursday, clearing to the northeast on Friday. A high pressure ridge is expected to approach South Australia on Thursday from the west and continue to move east over the state on the weekend. Weak troughs clip the southeast in a broad westerly flow on Thursday and Friday.
