Weather Situation

A high pressure system centred over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge westwards over central and eastern SA and a low pressure trough extends from WA over western SA. This trough will be very slow-moving for the rest of the week and over the weekend and the ridge will move away to the east. A weakening cold front will slip across southern coasts late Thursday and early Friday.
