Northwesterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up to 20 knots south of Cowell to Wallaroo in the late morning and early afternoon. Winds tending northwest to southwesterly in the middle of the day then becoming variable about 10 knots in the evening.

1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing below 1 metre during the afternoon.

1st Swell

South to southwesterly around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 2 metres south of Port Neill to Port Victoria.

Weather Situation

A high pressure system briefly establishes in the north today. Another series of troughs and cold fronts are expected to enter western SA early on Sunday, crossing the state and then clearing in the east by the end of Monday. A ridge of high pressure will then push into western SA on Monday before the associated high moves into waters south on Tuesday. A trough over the WA/NT border will also extend into SA at times from Monday.
