- A high pressure centre over waters to the south of SA will move into the Tasman Sea during today. A tropical low pressure system centred over the southeast of the NT extends a trough into the northeast of SA. This low is expected to remain near stationary today, after which it is expected to move southwards on Saturday. The associated trough is then expected to move east northeastwards on Sunday and Monday as a new high pressure system moves in from the west.
