- A ridge of high pressure over SA will weaken briefly as a cold front crosses the southeast of the state on Wednesday afternoon. The ridge will re-establish over SA in the wake of the front and stabilise over SA as the main high pressure centre moves over waters south of the Bight over the weekend. The high will then move eastwards early next week to be centred southeast of Tasmania late Tuesday.
