Weather Situation

A high pressure system over central coasts will move into Bass Strait this morning with a front approaching from the west. This front will sweep across the coastal waters through Sunday with a post frontal trough passing over central and eastern coasts on Monday, clearing to the east in the evening. A high pressure system will begin to move into the Bight on Tuesday leading to a cool south to southwesterly airstream across waters.
