Thunderstorms possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding from the late morning. Possible locally destructive winds and giant hail with thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening in the east. Winds northerly 20 to 30 km/h tending west to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h in the middle of the day then tending north to northeasterly in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 17 and 21 with daytime temperatures reaching 32 to 38.
