A weak trough and associated southeasterly wind change lies cross the South East Queensland waters, and has stalled around the Sunshine Coast where it is expected to dissipate today. A second stronger trough will move east across inland southern Queensland on Saturday, with northwesterly winds developing ahead of it, before the trough pushes offshore early Sunday morning.
