Weather Situation

A broad high pressure ridge continues to build over Sydney Waters in the wake of a cold front that brushed Sydney Waters yesterday and has since moved into the Tasman Sea. Another cold front will make its way up the coast on Wednesday, reaching Sydney Waters in the late morning, bringing fresh to strong southerly winds. Winds will gradually ease later in the week, then turn east to northeasterly as a high pressure system traverses the state's south and enters the Tasman Sea by the weekend.
