A ridge extends over the NSW coast from a high situated in the Tasman Sea, maintaining northeasterly winds over Sydney waters. A cold front will bring a southerly change to Sydney waters early tomorrow afternoon. In the wake of this cold front, another ridge will form along the coast, maintaining southerly winds over Sydney waters Monday, with winds shifting easterly then northeasterly Tuesday and Wednesday as the ridge moves east.
