Winds are south to southeasterly in wake of a southerly change. A high pressure system located over the Bight will extend a ridge over the NSW coast for several days bringing south to southeasterly winds to Sydney. North to northeasterly winds then return as a the high pressure shifts over the Tasman Sea.
